Promoveatur ut amoveatur - Let him be promoted to get him out of the way.

  Normal guild promotions are done on the second week of every month and they are based on your in guild conduct and activity. *Some promotions could happen at any time however.

  A character will not be promoted if it is inactive for 1 month or more.

  Characters which hold officer status and are inactive for 3 months will be demoted to non-officer. *Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

  A character may be demoted if it is found to abuse the guild bank. This is done to protect the bank. A character can also be restored to former rank if it ceases abusing the bank.

  Alternate characters are not promoted to the same level as the main character. Each character is promoted individually to ensure fairness.
