SPQR has several guild banks each labeled according to guild ranks and access to each guild bank is based on guild rank.
 

​  You may withdraw one or more items or stacks of items per day from each bank tab you have access to.  Repairs are available unless the bank gold is locked for refill. You may deposit as much as you like provided they have space. Please do not deposit junk gray quality items as they only take up space.

  The officer bank is request only and holds items which have a lower drop rate.

  Characters which are found to abuse the guild bank will be demoted to protect the bank. Abuse of the guild banks can be described as withdrawing the maximum amount of items and gold each day per bank tab and or selling those items on the auction house. The guild banks are designed to help players so be courteous.
